Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Middletown, RI. This per-diem role involves delivering quality patient care and supporting recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
✔️ Licensure: Active RI CNA license and current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Preferred experience in SNF, rehab center, or similar setting
✔️ Technical Skills: ADLs, vitals, EHR documentation, infection control protocols
✔️ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
✔️ Support rehab goals through exercises and engagement
✔️ Keep patient areas clean and maintain accurate records
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for personalized care
