Home Health NP needed in CA (Several Locations):
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Short term or long term; flexible
Schedule: Monday-Sunday (no nights or weekends) 7a-7p
Special Procedures: 6-9 visits per day; Conduct pre scheduled In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain
commercial plan members

CA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
