Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 2 months
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Work details: Responsible for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting; Must be able to suture

KY License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
