Home Health NP Needed in New Jersey

Job description

Home Health NP Needed in NJ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8am- 5pm or 9am - 6pm, 3-4 shifts per week
Work details:
- Conduct 5–6 home health assessments per day
- Paid for a full day, regardless of patient volume
- Perform annual risk assessments and review of chronic conditions
- No treatment or prescribing – assessment-only role. Escalate urgent findings to the patient’s PCP
- Near the ocean!
- Must be enrolled in Medicare
- Equipment: iPad, Blood pressure cuff, Lab kits for patient use

NJ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
