Contract Length: Ongoing 

Shift Details: 8a-8p

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-8p, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays 8a-4p

Work Details:  

Support staff: Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient. Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center
Patients per day: Up to 40 ppd
Patient population/age: Adult and Pediatric Patients, All ages - 6 months and up
Department description: FLOATING BETWEEN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN CENTRAL NC
EMR: Epic, PLEASE SPECIFY LEVEL OF EPIC EXPERIENCE IN SUB

Practice Setting:  
Outpatient Urgent Care Float Pool

Requirements: 

Board Certification: Certified required
State license required: Active NC license, no exceptions!!
Certifications required:  Board Certification, PA Cert, Family NP Cert, BLS; BLS required, DOT, PALS/ACLS is Preferred
Minimum experience required: 12 months

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
