Job description

Home Health NP Needed in NC:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 weeks with option for extension
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (40hr/ week)
Work details:
- Patients per day: Combo of telehealth and home visits: 6pt/day for home visits (Appts. approx. 45 min); 8pts per day for telehealth (All equipment provided)
- Home Health with Telemedicine
- Conducts physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, engaging in advanced care planning discussions, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
- Patient population/age: Geriatric
EMR: Athena

NC License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
