Locum Urgent Care FNP need in La Grande, OR

Hourly + Flight, Lodging, Rental Car OR Mileage Reimbursement

Walk-In UC Setting

Start Date: As soon as credentialed.

Credentialing Timeframe: Roughly 2 months

LOA: 3 - 6 month contracts

Work Schedule: 8AM - 6PM; 4 working days per week; NO CALL.

Patient Volume: Varies from 20-40 ppd

EMR: EPIC

License: Active OR license

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA

Additional Information:
6 Exam rooms:
- 1 procedure room
- 2 isolation rooms
- 1 pediatric room
- 2 standard exam rooms
Support staffing: 2 – 3 clinical support staff per shift. Mix of RN’s & CMA’s
