Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: Friday - Monday 4x10's: 8am - 6pm
Special Procedures: Bread and Butter urgent care

OR License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
