Contract Length: 3 month assignment with the option to extend
Schedule: 3x12s 7a-7p

Arizona License Required (Aya can assist with licensing!)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately a week and a half
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
