Schedule: June 1, June 9, June 13, June 14, June 23, June 30, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 22, July 23, July 24, July 28
Work Details:
Patients per shift: 25
Skills: We use Family Nurse Practitioners who have urgent care experience
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Credentialing Timeframe: 6 Days
Active AZ License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
