o June: 1, 9, 13, 14, 23, 30
o July: 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
• Patients per Shift: Approximately 25
• EMR: Athena/Medhost
• Skills: Family Nurse Practitioner with urgent care experience
• Must be Board Certified
• Fellowship Preferred
• DEA License Required
• Active AZ License
