· Skills required: We use Family Nurse Practitioners who have urgent care experience

· License required: Active AZ License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 6 Days

• Flexible schedule
• Will consider FNP that have UC experience
• PRN dates with more in the future
