Family Practice NP/PA Needed in Northern California
Start Date: July 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
No Call
Provider with FQHC/rural clinic experience
Providers who can handle the top of their scope, given that this is more rural than most facilities
APPs will be treated as MDs/DOs. They will be given a panel of patients to care for and manage on their own
Age range must be from womb to tomb
Patients per shift: 18
Department description: Outpatient Clinic
Minimum experience required: 3 years
APC's with 3 years of experience in a similar setting
PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II

Credentialing Timeframe: 40 days
Active CA License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
