Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care NP/PA Needed in Santa Cruz County, CA
Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care Physician Needed in Santa Cruz County, CA:
Start Date: May 2025 or as soon as credentialed - Provider must be available immediately if candidate is out of state
Contract Length: 3 months
Schedule: Provider will work Tuesday/ Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 8-12pm. Provider must be available immediately if candidate is out of state. DOT Cert required before 1st shift.
Patient Population/Age: All ages
Provide care for work-related injuries, urgent care walk-ins, and physical exams (e.g., DOT, pre-placement) for private and government clients. Perform in-office procedures, document promptly, and communicate with employers. Must uphold Orange Book standards and manage both walk-in and scheduled patients.
Skills: Must be DOT certified to be presented. If not DOT certified, must obtain DOT before 1st shift. Must be comfortable to work autonomously. Must be comfortable with suturing

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active CA License Required
