• NP or PA
• 40-45 patients/day on average
• 12 hour shifts
• 3 days a week minimum
• Hours Mon-Fri 8AM to 8PM - Weekend hours are 9AM to 5PM or 8a - 8p (depending on location)
• Support Staff: Rad Tech and MA at each location
• Must see all ages
• Must have 2 years of UC/EM experience
• No procedures
• Epic EMR
