Job description

• Facility Type: Urgent Care clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: EPIC
• Avg. Daily Census: 25-40
• Min. of 8 shifts/month
• Client prefers local or semi-local candidate.
• MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT to MULIPLE LOCATIONS
• Ideal candidate will have CT and NY license, but could be one or the other
• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
CT Locations: Norwalk, Danbury, Brookfield, Fairfield

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Active Board Certification Required
• State License(s): Yes- CT Required upon submission and DEA
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• MUST HAVE at least 2 years UC or one year ER experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
