Urgent Care Locums Opportunity in NY

Job description

It’s essential or more desirable that these providers reside locally and are within a manageable driving distance to our centers, as our operations span a smaller market with shifts distributed across multiple locations rather than consecutive dates, which may limit our ability to offer locums more date opportunities. There are also times where we will need to move them from center to center on daily basis for any emergency call outs or any unexpected early leave.

EMR: EPIC
Skills Required: Must have at least 2 years’ experience in an Urgent Care setting or 1 year in an ER setting. NO EXCEPTIONS
Minimum 8 shifts/month
Credentialing: 90 days
Must be comfortable in a SOLO setting.

Our busiest centers in New York are in Kingston, Lagrangeville, Wappingers Falls, and Carmel but will span throughout all centers including Poughkeepsie and Fishkill in the busy season. In Connecticut, we require coverage across all of our locations: Danbury, Brookfield, Fairfield, Norwalk, and Stamford.

• Seeking providers who either currently hold dual licensing in NY and CT or are willing to obtain the necessary state license and DEA.
• 8a-8p. Prefer weekends/holiday availability.
• Patients per day: 25-40/day
