Urgent Care APP Opportunity in Stamford CT

Job description

Fulfil has partnered with clinics in southwestern Connecticut with opportunities for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum Urgent Care coverage.

Location: Stamford, CT

Opening Overview:

-Flexible Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 3-4 days per week
-No call required
-Support Staff: 1:4 MD to APP staffing
-EMR: eCW
-Must be board-certified
-DEA Required
-Cred Timeframe: 8 weeks
-Paid travel & lodging: highly prefer local Providers

**Providers must be willing to work between different sites within a week depending on staffing levels.

** Must have CT License, DEA, CSR
** MUST have AHA: ACLS, BLS, PALS

1 FTE defined as 12-16 shifts per month
Weekday: M-F 8a-8p
Weekend: 9a-5p and Holidays
Mid-Levels (NPs and PAs)
Cred 60 days
EMR: ECW (eClinicalWorks)
Staffing model: 2 MDs in house and 1:4 MD:APP ratio
2 years minimum of emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience
Flexibility
Shifts are not expected to be back to back, sporadic days across the month
