Urgent Care NP/PA Needed in Indiana
Start Date: June 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details:
hours vary from 8 hrs to 40 hrs weekly, depending on our internal needs. Current shifts for July are as of follows. Pending the August onward calendar
7/7/25 Orientation AM, 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm,
7/8 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm
7/10 7am - 7pm
7/11 - 8.30 am - 8.30 pm
7/14 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm
7/15 - 7 am - 7 pm
7/16 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm
7/17 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm
7/21 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm
7/28 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm
7/29 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm
Skills: must perform physical examination, asses patients medical conditions, counsel and educate, refer and transfer care, and prescribe medication

Credentialing Timeframe: 10-15 Days
Active IN License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
