• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• Shift Schedule: Weekly Hours: 8–40 hours
• July Schedule (subject to change in August):
o 7/7: Orientation (AM), 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/8: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/10: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
o 7/11: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
o 7/14: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/15: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
o 7/16: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/17: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/21: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/28: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
o 7/29: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Practice Setting: Outpatient / Urgent Care
• Patients per Shift: 15–30
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills Required:
o Physical exams
o Assess and diagnose medical conditions
o Patient education and counseling
o Referrals and care coordination
o Prescribing medications
• BLS and PALS Required
• Active IN License
• Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience
• Client Willing to Cover Travel
