Contract Length: 6 weeks, leave of absence coverage, 9/17 start
Shift Details: 8/hr days,
September 17 -20th -
September 24-30th.
October 27 - November 1.

Work Details:
DOT physicians, pre-employment physicals for variety of jobs and clients, Injury care (initial/follow up/referral)
- Facility Type: Employee Health Clinic
***Systoc experience REQUIRED!
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR/Charting Software: SYSTOC & EPIC
- Avg. Daily Census: 15 patients per day
- Patient Age Group: Ages 16+
