Job description

Family Nurse Practitioner Part Time Needed in Louisiana:
Start Date: Nov 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Schedule: 2 or 3 days a week, flexible with this!
HOURS WILL VARY BASED ON THE DAYS THAT THEY WORK
CLINIC HOURS:
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 8AM - 5PM
THURSDAY 8AM - 6PM
FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM
Work Details:
Patients per day: 1-2 per hour
Patient population/age: 0-99
Skills required:
- Experience with adult, women's health, and basic pediatric services
- Major procedures get referred out
- Vaccinations
- Women's care
Practice Setting: FQHC
State license required: YES
DEA: Required
CSR: Required
Certifications required: CPR cert

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Active LA License
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
