Job description
Schedule:
Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (lunch required)
5x8s – 8-hour shifts
Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
Practice Setting:
Clinic/Private Practice
Patient Details:
• Age range: 8+
• Volume: 7–10 patients per day
• Department: Primary Care
• Support: Working alongside another NP
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Must have at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Additional Details:
• EMR: E Clinical Works
• Credentialing: 60–90 days
• Must be able to cover full-time hours
