• Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine, Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine
• Will circulate through multiple facilities. Provider must have MN and WI license.
• Wisconsin Rapids
• Antigo
• Rhinelander
• Medford
• Portage
• Plover
• Duluth, MN
• Outpatient Setting
• EMR Epic
• Provider requires hospital/surgery center privilege's
• Temp Privs available
• Hospital is stroke certified
• Board eligible at minimum
• Must be licensed in WI
• BLS required
• DOT Cert required
• 60 credentialing possibly sooner
• Coverage for our Occupational Health Clinics, Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-5:00pm CST. DOT certified preferred, will complete post offer physicals, workers compensation management, DOT exams, perform a variety of specialty exams such as HazMat, Dept. of Corrections, and Government contracts. No nights, call, weekends or holidays. Our clinics utilize EPIC and Systoc for EMR.
