Scheduled shifts – no call
3 x 12hr shifts per week
8a-8p – evenings and weekends required
• Support staff:   MA, RN, APP will be solo
• Coverage Type: All patients

• Years of Experience Req’d: 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
