Urgent Care NP/PA Locum Coverage Needed – North Carolina – Multiple Dates Available!

Job description

We’re working with a well-established Urgent Care group in North Carolina seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible day shifts throughout June and July. This is a great opportunity for local, drive-in candidates looking to pick up consistent locums work across various locations.

Position Details:

Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Patients Per Day: Up to 40 (varies by site)

Ages Seen: 6 months and up

Support Staff: Onsite OM and PSA, with offsite Supervising MD

EMR: Epic

Certifications: BLS required

Experience: 12+ months required

Procedures: I&Ds, ear irrigation, minor urgent care procedures

Board Certs: NCCPA or NP Boards (required)

Licensure: Active NC license required

Travel/Lodging: Not reimbursed – drive-in candidates only

Dates Available:
Multiple dates available throughout June and July across several NC locations — consistent shift options offered weekly!

If you’re licensed in NC, have at least a year of UC/EM experience, and are local enough to drive in, this is a steady gig with a great group.
