NP/PA Urgent Care Providers Needed in North Carolina – Ongoing Shifts

Job description

FastMed Urgent Care centers across North Carolina are seeking experienced NP/PA providers for 12-hour urgent care shifts (8A–8P). This is a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient environment serving patients aged 6 months and up.

Job Details:

Certifications: NCCPA or NP Boards, BLS required

Experience: Minimum 12 months in urgent care or similar setting

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Onsite Manager (OM), PSA, offsite supervising MD

Procedures: I&D, ear irrigation, and other minor urgent care procedures

Volume: Up to 40 PPD (varies by site)

Coverage Dates: Multiple shifts available throughout August (weekends included)

Travel/Lodging: Drive-in candidates only – no T&L provided

Additional Notes: Providers will be the sole clinician on site; weekend availability is required
