Urgent Care NP needed in Cottage Grove, OR

Job description

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Shift Details:

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, Monday - Sunday
Work Details:
Patient Volume: 30 patients per day (PPD)
Duties:
Provide care generally on an outpatient basis, including pre-operative care in minor surgery
Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. Arrange for referral resources for specialties not provided by the clinic
Evaluate patients through physical examinations to establish a diagnosis and propose treatment plans
Perform clinical procedures within the scope and skill of the practitioner
Communicate diagnosis and treatment goals to patients
Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Active Oregon (OR) license and DEA
Minimum Experience: Urgent Care experience considered
