Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 months with option to extend
Schedule: 3x12s
Skills: all required urgent care testing, diagnosis, suturing and splinting

OR License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
