Job Description:
• Seeking FT UC NP in La Grande, Oregon
• 4 10 Hr Shifts
• Schedule-Friday through Monday
• 6 Exam rooms
• Pt. seen per day: 20-40
• Support staffing: minimum 2 -3 Mix of RN and CMA's
• Patient Population: All ages
• New Grads Accepted: No, must have experience and be able to work independently
• EMR: EPIC
• Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, and BL

• 20-40 ppd
