Job Description:
Join a tight-knit urgent care team at a critical access hospital in Oregon, providing outpatient coverage to an underserved community. You’ll handle a mix of minor emergencies, injuries, and general urgent care visits.

The 25-bed facility sees 20–40 patients per day, supported by 2–3 clinical staff per shift. Oversight is available remotely via EPIC, email, or phone. You’ll be working independently, so prior experience in urgent care is required.

Schedule:
Friday to Monday, 8 am – 6 pm

No call or after-hours requirements

Starts November 2025

Requirements:
NP with Oregon license and active DEA

BLS certification required

Must have recent urgent care experience and be comfortable working solo
