APP – Urgent Care Locums (NP/PA)

Schedule & Coverage

Coverage Type: Scheduled, No Call

Start Date: 12/1/2025

Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8a–8p

Full-time need: 12+ shifts/month

Schedules built out 6 weeks in advance (currently scheduled through end of November)

Anticipated to be ongoing need, not just seasonal

Volume & Practice Setting

40+ patients per day

Urgent Care setting, multiple locations (Gresham & Fairview, OR)

Requirements

Active Oregon License required

Board Certified NP or PA

At least 2+ years UC or ER experience preferred

Credentialing

Timeline: ~60 days

2 FTE locums needed (preferably two providers willing to cover 12+ shifts/month)
