• 2-3 Month Assignment with possibility to extend
• 3 days/week needed, flexible schedule
• Mon, Wed, Fri: 7am-4pm
• Tues & Thurs: 6am-2:30pm - TRAVEL REQUIRED
• Urgent Care experience
• DOT Certification REQUIRED
