Job Posting: Urgent Care NP
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3+ months
Employment Type: Full-time locums

Shift Details:
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
Work Details:
Patient Volume: 30 patients per day
Responsibilities:
Provide care generally on an outpatient basis and pre-operative care for minor surgery typically performed on an outpatient basis.
Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
Arrange for referral resources for medical specialties not provided by the organization for clinic patients.
Evaluate patients through physical examinations to establish a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan.
Perform clinical procedures within the scope and skill of the practitioner that are economically feasible.
Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Active Washington (WA) license and DEA
Minimum Experience: Urgent Care experience
