Job description

Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 16 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.

· Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.

· Department Description: Community Health Center. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.

· EMR: EPIC

· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
