Urgent Care NP/PA Needed in Seattle WA:
Start Date: Oct 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6-12 months with option for extension
Specialty: Urgent Care - Will be doing BOTH Primary and Urgent Care work - MUST be okay with doing both
Shift Details:
Sun - Wed (Th/Fri are 10 hr days (Hours will vary depending on where you’re working 8-6pm roughly), 9 hr weekends (Hours will vary depending on where you’re working - example 9am-6pm), Wednesdays are 5-hour days (example 8a-1p or 1p-6p) - average of 34 hours/week)
Wed - Sat (Wednesdays are 5-hour days (example 8a-1p or 1p-6p), Th/Fri are 10 hr days (Hours will vary depending on where you’re working 8-6pm roughly), 9 hr weekends (Hours will vary depending on where you’re working - example 9am-6pm) - average of 34 hours/week)
Patients per day: 18-22 per day – LOW for Urgent Care
Patient population/age: Peds-Geriatrics
Department description: Outpatient Urgent Care/Primary Care
Skills required: Suturing, digital blocks, vaccinations, splinting, wart/cyst/mole removal
Special procedures: standard urgent care procedures
Practice Setting:
Outpatient Urgent Care
Requirements:
DEA: Yes
Certifications preferred: ACLS
Minimum experience required: 2 years - they are pretty firm on this. Will consider 1 year for perm candidates
License required: WA license in hand strongly preferred, willing to consider licensing candidates
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days from offer to start date with license in hand, 120 days from offer to start date without license in hand at time of offer
