✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
✔️ Administer medications and prescribed treatments
✔️ Support wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy teams on care plans
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
✔️ Provide compassionate care aligned with rehab goals
✔️ Follow strict infection control and facility safety protocols

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure: Active Maine LPN license
✔️ Certifications: Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: 1+ year in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Medication administration, wound care, EHR proficiency
✔️ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
