✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure/Certifications: Active MA LPN license and current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Technical Skills: Medication administration, wound care, EHR documentation
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathetic communicator and team player in fast-paced settings

✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
✔️ Administer medications and prescribed treatments
✔️ Perform wound care, catheterization, and clinical procedures
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plans
✔️ Document patient progress and communicate changes
✔️ Support rehab goals through consistent, compassionate care
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
