✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor patient conditions and document vitals and progress in EMRs
✔️ Collaborate with care teams to implement effective treatment plans
✔️ Educate patients and families on medication routines and recovery processes
✔️ Maintain accurate records and uphold infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Provide compassionate care and emotional support throughout rehabilitation

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure: Active NM LPN license; BLS and CPR certifications
✔️ Experience: 1+ year in rehab, LTC, or acute care preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: EMR proficiency and solid clinical documentation
✔️ Soft Skills: Reliable, empathetic, and collaborative team player
