✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
✔️ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
✔️ Monitor vital signs and report any health status changes promptly
✔️ Support patient assessments and contribute to care plans
✔️ Document patient care in compliance with clinical standards and policies

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure: Active New Mexico LPN license
✔️ Certification: Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year in a clinical or rehab setting
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communicator, compassionate, detail-oriented, and a team player
