Urgent Care Physician Assistant needed in IN:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 8-40 hours per week
Work Details: Physical examination, asses patients medical conditions, counsel and educate, refer and transfer care, and prescribe medication

IN License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 10-15 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
