• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
• Patient Population: All Ages (Walk-in and Scheduled Patients)
• EMR: Allscripts
• Must be Board Certified
• DOT Certification Required
• Active WA License Required
• Must be comfortable working independently and with suturing
