Family Practice/PCP Physician Needed in CA:
Start Date: 11/1/2025
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8, Days (8a-5p; patients from 8a-4:30p)
Work details:
• Southern CA
• Charting Software: Epic
• Ave. Daily Census: 18-20
• Patient Age Group: Adults
• Common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
