Locum Family Medicine Physicians needed in Mar Vista, CA | Travel & Lodging Assistance Available

📢 Now Hiring: Family Medicine Physician – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Mar Vista, California! 🌴💼

📍 Position Details
⚪ Location: Mar Vista, CA
⚪ Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (patient-facing time with admin support; site may allow 12-hour shifts depending on assignment – no 4x10 option)
⚪ Setting: Outpatient Clinics (Family Medicine)
⚪ Start Date: November/December 2025 (TBD, pending privileging timeline)
⚪ Contract Length: 6 months, with potential to extend if mutually a good fit
⚪ Credentialing Timeframe: ~60–90 days
⚪ Coverage Needed: At least 3 weeks/month preferred, but flexible — part-time availability (a couple weeks/month) will be considered
⚪ Patients Per Day: ~18
⚪ Patient Age Group: All ages
⚪ Procedures: Basic outpatient procedures (suture removal, respiratory treatments, pain management, etc.)
⚪ EMR: Epic
⚪ Support Staff: Robust support including MAs, RNs, LVNs, and on-site behavioral health

✅ General Requirements:
⚪ Active CA medical license
⚪ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with valid rationale if BE)
⚪ Minimum 2 years of outpatient family medicine experience
⚪ Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required
⚪ Clean malpractice/background preferred (case-by-case review for minor history)
