📢 Now Hiring: Occupational Medicine Physician – Locum Tenens Opportunity in August, GA!

📍 Position Details:
Location: Augusta, GA
Setting:
Shift/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends.
Start Date: 6/24/2025/ASAP
Contract Length: 8-weeks to cover a medical leave
Credentialing Timeframe: Temp privileges will be granted

👥 Site Details:
Patients Per Day: ~20
Patient Age Group: All ages
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Locum physician will be working solo in the clinic and overseeing 4 APPs.
Skillsets Required: Bread and butter occupational medicine. Treatment/management of sprains, strains, lacerations, burns, minor fractures, tendonitis, low back pain and other injuries sustained on the job. Some workmen’s comp. OSHA medical surveillance, fitness to work evaluations, respirator clearance evaluations, DOT physical exams, exposure specific examinations, hearing evaluations, TB Evaluations, forklift examinations, HAZMAT physicals.

🩺 General Requirements:
-Active GA State medical license required at time of presentation
-Board Certification in Occupational Medicine or related specialty
-BLS, DOT required
