Part time Urgent Care / OccMed LOCUM Physician needed at Waterloo, IA clinic

Job description

• Part-time Physician, 12 hours per week to provide hands-on Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine to employees at our onsite clinic in Waterloo, IA
• Prefer Tuesday 5:00 am-11:00 am, and Wednesday 10:00 am-4:00 pm, but flexible for one 12-hour shift
• Typical Case: work injuries/ illness
• Certifications: BLS, DEA, DOT
• Must be BC
• ACLS, BLS, DOT
• Procedures: handled by mid-levels
• Support Staff: Mid-levels
• Ages: 18+
• PPD: at most 5-7
• Two-week credentialing
• Scope of service: The scope of services provided in this clinic includes episodic and urgent care, limited primary care, diagnosis and treatment of workers’ compensation injuries and illness, regulatory exams and preventive services. Basic point-of-care lab work and limited prescription dispensing is available on-site.
• Looking for long term, ideally locum to perm

• Must be BC & have BLS, DOT, DEA
• 5-7 patients per day at most
• Two week credentialing
