Job Description:
Urgent Care – Louisville (Fern Valley), KY is needing physician coverage
We're actively seeking a physician to support one of our high-volume Kentucky clinics
Coverage Dates:
• 8/25/2025 – 10/25/2025
• Monday through Friday, 9 hours per day (typically 8AM–5PM)
Treat both scheduled and walk-in patients for work-related injuries and urgent care needs in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Diagnosing and treating work-related injuries
• Performing pre-placement, DOT, and surveillance physicals
• Evaluating urgent care patients on a walk-in basis
• Overseeing or collaborating with advanced practice providers
• Performing minor in-office procedures and documenting care appropriately
• Communicating clearly with employers and patients
• Upholding standards: welcoming, skillful, respectful
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
