Job Description:
Prefer an APP for this outpatient Urgent Care need - would consider both MD/DO
Looking for 1 provider - vacancy due to a providers sudden passing
Up to date CSR and DEA required
No trauma
Urgent care or ED experience required
Schedule
Week 1- Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday-8:00am-5:00pm
Week 2- Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm
Week 3- Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday-8:00am-5:00pm
Week 4- Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm
No call
Medical staff appointment only, no privileges
20 - 30 patients per shift
Procedures - suturing, wound care, buddy taping

• NP PA MD DO- family medicine
• Urgent care / ER experience required
• 20-30 ppd & no call
