MD Locum Needed ASAP – Flexible Float Role with Housing Provided

Job description

A leading urgent care group in North Carolina is seeking an MD Locum to provide float coverage across multiple clinic locations in the Southeast. Ideal for physicians who want flexible scheduling, minimal credentialing barriers, and consistent shifts.

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Minimum 3 shifts/week

Patient Volume: 18–25 PPD

Ages Seen: All ages

EMR: Proprietary system (training provided)

Certifications: None required

Team Structure: Solo MD coverage with 1–2 MAs; occasional onsite OM

Clinic Hours:

Weekdays: 8AM–8PM

Weekends: 9AM–4PM

Travel Perks: Hotel provided after each shift

Coverage Needed:

July, August & September

Multiple open dates across 5+ clinic locations

Schedule flexibility—dates do not need to be consecutive
