Job Description:
• Seeking Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician in Merrill WI
• 7-7 (days or nights), 5-7 shift stretch
• 20 PT per shift
• EMR:EPIC
• Great Support staff
• 60-90 day Credentialing
• Sees ages 12/13 and Up
• August start date
• Will Accept IMLC
• Must be board certified
• Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
• Are temporary privileges available?: No
• Bed In Department: 8
• Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
• Board Certification doesn't have to be in EM
• What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI or IMLC
• Certs Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• 4 RN's, 1 NP/PA, 1 office staff
• Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? Yes
• Laboratory and Radiology are offered 24 hours

• Nearest Airport: CWA


Physician's main role to provide coverage at one hospital. However, we would like the provider to potentially provide coverage at another hospital within 1 hour of Merrill.
We would credential the provider at multiple sites. some of these hospitals are trauma certified, so ATLS would be required for those hospitals. Schedule would be a stretch of 5-7 shifts.
Could be day or night shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), and could be at multiple sites during the stretch.
